Sensual Somatic Embodiment weaves in sensual dance instruction, self touch, and somatic practices to soothe the nervous system and develop greater body awareness. The cost is for an individual or group. This is a beautiful experience that will allow you to explore and express your unique sensuality under the guidance of Heather. Sensuality is vulnerable and Heather provides a
